adidas is recognized and rewarded for moving the needle as an employer, not only as a champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) but also as an exceptional workplace in various domains. These recognitions are a testament to our unwavering commitment to foster an inclusive and inspiring workplace culture every day. Here is a selection of our latest wins and achievements:
World’s Best Employers
Forbes recognizes adidas as one of the top 700 places to work globally – and we lead the list in our industry too! 170,000 employees have been surveys and the factors that landed us on the list included our talent development offerings, remote working options, parental leave benefits, diversity, work-life balance, and pride in the products we make.
World’s Top Companies for Women
adidas made the Forbes top 10 list of companies that excel in areas such as parental-leave policies, leadership training programs for women, representation of women in upper management, and our response to incidents of discrimination. To capture this accolade, 70,000 women took part in the survey.
America’s Best Employers For Diversity
Thanks in part to our active and varied Employee Resource Groups, Forbes selected adidas North America to their list of top 500 companies for our progress in the following dimensions: age, gender, ethnicity, disability, and LGBTQ+ equality, as well as general diversity.
