Let us all #inspireinclusion as we celebrate International Women’s Day 2024 and International Women’s History Month this March. Sharing diverse PERSPECTIVES will get us closer to this goal.

We're excited to present a candid and thought-provoking video on key topics such as maternity leave, leadership stereotypes, ageism, sponsorship of women and the true meaning of the color pink. 

Through honest conversations and personal anecdotes, our employees explore the complexities of gender discourse in the workplace, challenging outdated beliefs and advocating for meaningful change. With each voice contributing to the conversation, we aim to foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment where everyone's experiences and opinions are valued.
