On May 23, 2013, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt/Main, Germany,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on adidas AG, Herzogenaurach, Germany, have fallen
below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 17, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 0.05% (this corresponds to 104023 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.04% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 88523 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
