informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on adidas AG, Herzogenaurach, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 03, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.66% (this corresponds to 7670541 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.63% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7604168 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via SEB AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
