The Central Works Council represents all our sites in Germany, including our headquarters in Herzogenaurach. It consists of six members, two from each location.
In 2011, the Central Works Council was actively involved in a range of staff-related projects.
It held “round table” discussions on health management and on diversity, involving representatives from Human Resources, the responsible departments, the Works Council and senior management.
The Works Council played an important role in the following initiatives:
- Company agreement on telecommunication devices
- Recognition and (HR) recruiting projects
- Workplace health promotion
- Employee engagement projects.
