According to § 10 section 1 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz - WpPG), adidas AG provides the following list containing all information published or made available to the public during the prior twelve months on the basis of the laws and regulations mentioned in § 10 section 1 WpPG. In line with BaFin’s comments, the list refers to the period between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011, and gives the information according to subject matter.
