In order to ensure exemplary actions and behaviour, we implemented a Code of Conduct in our company, which has been applicable in all regions and business areas since 2006. Guidelines for day-to-day behaviour in everyday work are stipulated in this Code.

Regardless of the sanctions imposed by the law, any employee guilty of a violation of the law, this Code of Conduct or our internal policies while carrying out the adidas Group's business will be subject to discipline up to and including termination.
