Obviously, you should also have a successful educational background. We expect you to have already completed relevant work experience in the field you are hoping to enter, preferably abroad, and to be an open-minded and self-critical global player. Your commitment to activities beyond the university environment and your international experience (at least 6 month abroad) will count for you, as will a fluent command of English combined with mobility and flexibility.
