Every day, we work on individual solutions for the optimum sports equipment. Just as our products are tailor-made to meet the special needs of the respective sport, we provide training in various jobs, tailor-made to the requirements of our various apprenticeship disciplines.

Whether we let you in on the secrets of shoe development, give you a closer look at our marketing and sales strategies or show you the advantages of consistent target achievement control: your vocational training program is state-of-the-art, so that you’re always up to date and remain flexible. In three-month cycles you'll experience all the relevant departments in your apprenticeship: e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance/Controlling, Logistics, Purchasing and much more.

Throughout, you will be supported by your apprenticeship mentors from each specialist department as well as your supervisor in Human Resources. They will train you in all kinds of areas, coach you and, of course, also provide you with regular feedback. What does this mean for you? You are constantly learning and developing further.

Your training schedule: You learn practically in our various specialist departments while getting to grips with the theory at the vocational training academy. With this twin-pack, you gain solid training for the future, and what is more: you’ll also receive in-house training and we’ll meet with you regularly to discuss your prospects and answer any questions you may have.
