Show us your skills!

Our team of apprentices changes each year. How do you qualify for an apprenticeship?

The adidas Group is like the Olympic Village: international, dynamic, team-oriented. People that share out passion for sport and team spirit will feel particularly at home here. We’re not looking for individualists, but rather team players that are open to new things. School leavers that want to start their apprenticeship as part of a young team.

Of course, you also need the right marks from school, as Maths, German, Sport and English form an important training foundation for both you and us. Likewise, we also expect you to have successfully passed your school leaving certificate with a good overall mark. You should be bright and impress us with a good general education.

These are all great prerequisites for learning, working, and developing yourself further as part of our team. Working together towards a shared goal! When you start your apprenticeship with the adidas Group, you’ll quickly notice what's important: helping each other in the team, communicating with one another and making decisions together.
