We are looking for:
Graduate from an established business school (MBA) with excellent results. You either recently graduated or are about to graduate within the next couple of months
Professional with 3 to 6 years work experience in a relevant field (e.g. blue chip companies, ideally consumer based)
Cross-functional experience (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance),ideally in more than one functional area
Preferably first managerial experience (e.g. as project manager)
International background, at least 12 months studying/working abroad
Analytic skills and approach to work
Proactive, open-minded and flexible personality
Result orientation: pragmatic delivery of top performance at work and during your studies
Desire to work cross-functionally and to develop into a general management direction
High affinity and passion for sports and interest in the sporting goods industry
