Global Operations sits in the middle of the flow of products to our consumers. The goal of global operations is to build speed, agility and connectivity throughout a culture that encourages a “right the first time” approach, driving change and end to end focus. Within global operations they make sure the product is created, tested, mass produced and shipped to over 70 countries around the world. Each year global operations confirms over 50,000 articles and manages the logistics of manufacturing these products across 40 different countries. Today, we have over 3500 employees around the world within this group.
