1. Where can I search job openings?
On the right side of the career page you will find a button called “apply now”. Clicking this button will take you to our "Region Navigator" where you are able to select your preferred region and then go right into the job search mask.

2. What happens if I cannot find a job that fits my profile?
You can create a profile and select it to be visible in different regions. By selecting all available regions, you can make sure that your profile is visible to all adidas Group recruiters. They will constantly check the database and if they think your profile matches one of the vacant positions, they will instantly notify you.
You can also create a job agent. The job agent automatically checks if there are posted positions that match your job requirements. If there is a job matching your preferences you will be notified via email.

3. What should a complete application include?
When you apply online with our tool you will be given instructions on what information to provide us with. The only documents you need to have ready are a resume/cv and a cover letter.

4. How often is the Career Center updated?
The Career Center is updated on a daily basis. You can also create a search agent that will automatically notify you about new job listings.

5. How does the screening process work?
Recruiters will screen your resume/cv and if they feel you match the requirements of the open position, they will send you an email covering the next steps of the application process.

6. My attachments could not be uploaded (problem report Error 500)?
This error message means that there are temporary problems within the system which are being fixed as quickly as possible. Just log back in to your profile a few hours later and upload the missing files.

7. How can I find out whether the adidas Group received my application?
You can use your profile to see which positions you have successfully applied for. To do so, please log in to your profile and click “Job Applications”. There you will be able to see all of your applications.

8. Why can't I add more than five attachments to my application?
We have to limit the number of attachments to a maximum of five documents due to the fact that we receive such large amounts of applications.

9. What is the maximum file size for my attachments?
Each attachment can not be bigger than 2MB.

10. How does the job agent work?
You can use the job agent to create a personal search profile. You can create up to five job agents which constantly check if there are posted positions that match your job requirements. If there is a job matching your preferences you will be automatically notified via email.

11. How can I make an unsolicited application?
You can make an unsolicited application by creating a profile and then selecting the regions you want to be visible in. By doing so, you choose which regions are able to review your resume in our candidate database. If a recruiter looks at your resume and finds a suitable position, you will be instantly notified.

12. Can I still send in a paper application?
Please be aware that the adidas Group does not accept paper applications for online postings.

13. Why do you only accept online applications?
Our online application system ensures visibility of all interested candidates to our recruiters. By creating standardized applications within our online tool you enable our recruiters to look through resumes more efficiently and also to communicate to the candidates more easily. It ensures that no application is lost and that all candidates are treated in an equal and fair manner.

14. How long will my profile remain in the database?
Your profile will be kept 12 months within our database. After that period of time we will send you an email asking you whether you would like your profile to remain in our database or if we should remove it from our database.
